Lunar Companies Inc is Hiring an Equipment Operator Near Noblesville, IN

Lunar Companies is looking for hard-working, dedicated people to join our team. 

  • Experience operating various equipment such as: dozer, mini-excavator, and skid steer Ability to hold grade and establish elevation 

  • Understand the layout of a jobsite and perform minor layout tasks 

  • Able to interpret and read prints 

  • Ability to complete rough grades and backfills

  • Communicates work progress with the supervisor throughout the duration of the project. Skilled in dirt management and have a basic understanding of general construction knowledge Ability to operate a smartphone and tablet

  • Work in any type of weather to include; extreme heat and cold, rain, and snow 

  • Maintain a clean job site: pick up all tools and equipment and secure job site each day to eliminate potential hazards 

  • Performs materials handling and storage 

  • Loads and unloads trucks and hauls and hoists materials 

  • Ensures that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed. Brings problems to the attention of the crew leader, safety director or HR manager 

  • Wear appropriate clothing and PPE 

PAY RATE BASED ON EXPERIENCE
